Driving Strategy with Metrics: Designing a dashboard for Vama

Vama is a mobile messaging application in its early stages of development. As part of the project team, my responsibility was to conceptualise and design a comprehensive dashboard tailored for Vama's management.  By facilitating detailed tracking and analysis, the dashboard will play a crucial role in identifying key areas for strategic improvement and optimisation within Vama.
In this case study, I will be focusing solely on the metrics related to “Users”.
